A1. What software do I need to view the preview of the videos?
You will need software that can play AVI (Audio Video Interleave)files such as QuickTime or Windows Media Player. Please allow a few minutes for the video previews to load on your computer once you click on the preview link.

A2. When will I receive my products after I place an order?
Once we receive payment from you, you will receive your order in 2-4 weeks.

A3. What are the payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We can also send you an Invoice that your can pay via check. To receive an Invoice, you will need to place your order via the phone number below.
