In conducting customized training programs for our clients, we believe there is a tremendous advantage in having all staff members receive the “basics.” If the entire staff understands the need for building more profitable relationships with members, the culture changes faster. This training focuses on front-line personnel with more specific cross-selling training. We also offer a back-office operations program to run in tandem. For back-office operations, each session is tailored to train these staff members to support and enhance front-line cross-selling efforts.
Two levels of training are available:
- Knowing Enough to Suggest: The Program for Establishing a Cross-Selling Culture – The Basics (4 workshops + a Refresher)
- SCAN for Possibilities: Advanced Cross-Selling for Member Service Representatives, Loan Officers, and Front-Line Staff Utilizing Consultative Selling Techniques (5 workshops)
