On-site Cross-Selling Training
Our cross-selling training can help you:

The program is offered in two phases or programs
The first phase is Knowing Enough to Suggest, a general staff cross-selling training program that introduces cross-selling to all credit union employees. A companion set of video training tapes is available, great for new-hires - click here.
The second phase, SCAN for Possibilities, is specifically designed to provide more advanced selling skills to member service representatives and front-line personnel who have daily contact with members.
As a great refresher, the One Minute Cross-Sell is designed to give your front-line the tools to feel confident and assured in cross-selling, so both the credit union and the members benefit. The One-Minute Cross-Sell Coach workshops provide the guidance, the tools and the evaluation techniques to help supervisors ingrain the sales culture within the credit union environment.
