Supervisor Training

You cannot expect what you don’t inspect!  While training the front-line is always important, investing in training the supervisors as coaches is equally important. The right tools need to be provided to those managing your staff.  Four modules are included in the supervisory coaching training:

3. Change Management: Understanding the change model and techniques for coping with employees resistance to change
4. Conflict Management: How to negotiate the best employee solutions
