LemmonTree Website Privacy Statements

Our Commitment to Your Privacy.
The privacy of our customers is very important to us. To better protect our customers' privacy, we provide this policy explaining our practices to ensure your privacy is protected. LemmonTree will continue to refine our Privacy Policy as new rulings and information become available.

The Way We Use Information.
When you order products from us you provide certain information about yourself. LemmonTree uses your nonpublic, personal information only as necessary to conduct its business, which is to provide you the best products and service available in the marketplace. Names, addresses, phone, and other private information are used by LemmonTree to fulfill specific requests. We do not use this information for anything other than what is required to provide requested services for you.

In some cases LemmonTree uses subcontractors to provide products and services for you. Examples include market research tabulation and database processing. In all of these circumstances, we disclose data only for the express purpose of serving your needs. We have signed letters of agreement with all of these companies stipulating that your nonpublic, private information may be used only as necessary to complete their obligations to you and us.

Security of Information.
We recognize the importance of security and are fully committed to protecting unauthorized access to customer information. We employ and maintain network firewalls and other security features that are recognized as industry standards in an effort to prevent disruption of service or loss, theft or alteration of sensitive information. We use reasonable commercial efforts to stay current with frequent changes in security requirements which may include participation in security trade organizations, conferences, educational activities, use of security consultants, periodic intrusion tests, software upgrades, hardware enhancements or through proactive security systems monitoring. We believe that such efforts represent a good faith effort on our behalf to maintain appropriate security levels. We hope you understand that, in spite of these good faith efforts, we cannot guarantee that a security breach will never occur.

When You Visit Our Web Site.

When you visit LemmonTree's Web site, you do so without revealing your personal identity. We may monitor statistics about visitors to our Web sites, such as how many people visit the sites and which pages they view. However, no personal information is associated with these statistics, and no personal information is collected unless you initiate a transaction or place an order. We use return E-mail addresses to answer the E-mail we receive. Such addresses are not shared with outside parties.

Finally, we never use or share the personal nonpublic identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to those described above.

Other Web Sites Linked to LemmonTree's Web Site.

Although fully responsible for the content of our own Web site, LemmonTree is not responsible for the content or information practices employed by sites linked to or from our Web site. In most cases, links to non-LemmonTree Web sites are provided solely as pointers to information on topics that may be useful to the users of LemmonTree's Web site.

Limiting Employee Access to Information.
We have procedures that limit employee access to personally identifiable information to those employees with a business reason to know such information about you. We educate our employees about the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy through standard operating procedures, special training programs, and our ethics policies.

Credit References.
From time to time you may request LemmonTree to act as a credit reference to a party outside our affiliated companies. For your protection, we will complete the credit reference request only after the receipt of a written request from you. This request should specifically identify which information should be provided to this party and their name, address, and telephone number.
